How to solve windows 8.1 problem on dell inspiron 5737 laptop?

Good day!
From history: I bought a laptop with win8, everything worked ok, updated to 8.1. sleep mode disappeared, the screen goes blank and the hard drive turns off.. the video card driver constantly crashes..
ps I download drivers from offsite.. auto-update did nothing..
How to restore Windows to version 8 (rollback from 8.1):
Checkpoints do not work. The last one is 8.1 installation.
(All that is possible in safe mode) if starting from Windows via msconfig
Safe mode: ctrl + 11 / shift + 8 does not work .. the recovery does not come out ..
