When I open a photo in OS X El Capitan, the window in the program becomes light green. What could be the problem?

Good afternoon. I have such a problem. There is an Apple Mac mini (MGEN2) with OS X El Capitan. A 24" Dell UltraSharp U2415 monitor is connected to it via Display Port>Mini Display Port (in Mac Mini Thunderbolt Display). The situation is that when I tear off a high resolution photo in jpg, the window of the standard image viewer becomes light green. What could be the problem ? Thank you in advance.

It also feels like there aren't enough flowers. The image hurts the eyes a little. Connected the monitor and via HDMI - the same result. The color profile settings are set to sRGB. But the coverage, as it were, is not all according to sensations. Everything is fine on windows.

the photo is probably converted to CMYK. In Windows, the standard viewer is adapted to this, but on the poppy, probably not. try checking the color space in photoshop
