How to solve the Windows installation problem?

ASUS laptop. I put it from a USB flash drive
There is important information on the hard, so I'm trying to put it on top of the old broken Windows.
Trying to install win10 I get at the end of the installation "The installer cannot continue due to damage to the installation file", I tried 2 different distributions.
I tried to install 7ku, it hangs on the "Installation start" (SATA is set to ahci mode)
What could be the problem ???

The installer cannot continue because the installation file is corrupted

Either the distribution kit is broken, or the disk on which you put it is faulty.
Therefore, before installing, check the SMART disk first.
If there is important information on the hard drive, they make a backup, and do not try to overwrite it.
