Windows 10 CTRL + Z erased a lot of files, how to restore?

I have a lot of windows and tabs, I pressed CTRL + Z now during transitions, because it is not clear which window is selected in which of the monitors. I just discovered that the work for the whole day, sprites, drawings, sketches, music, everything rolled back, erased. It rolled back, the basket is empty. As when writing code, there should be a combination to return all folders back.
True, I have no idea how it is now, because the history in the properties is empty, and most likely I have already written new files there every day.
Govnowindows rolled back the state of the folder and deleted all day's work in this way.
How to return? CTRL+SHIFT+Z or Ctrl+Y doesn't help.
In the properties of the folder where all the work lay, the history of the version is zero.

In general, the work is lost apparently, the deep scan software did not find anything, one of the crappiest features of the window.

For the future, disable this **but immediately after installing the window.

Windows does not delete files immediately, it only marks them as deleted. The actual removal takes place much later. If you immediately thought of it, and did not write anything to the disks, but there are no files, it means that they did not exist.
