How to solve the screen refresh rate issue of BenQ XL2411Z?

I can not put more than 60Hz on this monitor. Rearranged Windows 8.1, 9000 interrupted firewood on the monitor in all sorts of ways that were found on Google.
Computer configuration:
CPU: i5-4670k
Motherboard: z87-Pro Asus
Monitor: BenQ XL2411Z
Graphics: respectively built-in intel hd 4600 CPU
The monitor is connected to the motherboard via a DVI-D cable.
There is no discrete graphics card yet.
What is the reason for the absence of the promised 100-120-144hz on this monitor @ 1920x1080p ???
Help / tell me what is the problem?

Such a frequency in the monitor is used only in the 3D image display mode, if the video card cannot work with 3D, and this one most likely cannot, then it will not work at this frequency, because this makes no sense. You can put any even inexpensive discrete graphics card with 3D support.

Thanks for the answer. Apparently, to solve the problem, you just need to buy a discrete graphics card.
