Why does KDE Neon freeze?

I installed KDE Neon on the second ssd (on the first Windows) and after connecting the laptop to the monitor via HDMI, after about 1 hour the system freezes and the cooler starts to work at full capacity (although the temperature of the gpu is ~42°C). An nvidia-driver-430 is installed on the system, and if you do not connect the laptop to a separate monitor, then there are no problems. Note itself . How can you decide?

First, read the logs and what the error is. Maybe the driver just falls off, maybe kde hangs, or maybe even kernel panic.
