How to solve the problem with wi fi on a tv box?

It connects to the network properly, but there is no Internet. The rest of the devices are working fine. Changed the date, dns too. The first 5 seconds it works, but then it seems to be blocking something.

What TV box? What's the system there? Does it work on cable?
If you manually set the network settings to try?
