How to setup http server on wifi?

During development, we run servers on localhost:port .
I have wifi and I can also run it on 192.168.0.x:port , no problem with that.
The question is how to configure the server / router to connect to the "real" ip-address?
Router TP-LINK TL-WDR4300

Forward ports, and it’s not a fact that it will help if the SP is behind the NAT provider
