There are three registrars located in different parts of the city, you need to watch video from them on two computers ... Problem: programs from RVI hang and cut down ("specialists" from RVI say because of the Internet speed on remote registrars). Question: how to make a mini video server based on a regular PC so that in the future those two PCs watch video from the server, and not from recorders ....?)
