What can I use to capture IP cameras and record by events on Ubuntu Server?

Greetings!
There are several IP cameras, they give in h.264 format.
With what software can I record from cameras to disk on a motion event on Ubuntu server (without gui)?
There are a lot of software under Windows, under Lin I can’t find an intelligible one. Wine doesn't fit.
