Remote recording from ip cameras?

Good afternoon !
Help solve the problem, how to properly organize remote recording from ip cameras!
There is a building in it there are 7 ip cameras and there is an Internet optical fiber outgoing traffic 50mb / s ip address is dynamic (but you can put static) there is also a router. After 500 meters there is an office in which there is a video recorder and there is also fiber optic internet. So how do you record from cameras to a DVR?

1. VPN between router and office.
2. We do everything behind the router (where the cameras are) as part of the local network.
2.1. If behind the router, in addition to video cameras, there is something else that should not be on the local network, then we divide it into VLANs, separating the cameras into a separate VLAN.
3. The registrar will see the cameras himself.
4. Profit :)

1. Set up ip cameras so that their ports are different.
2. Forward these ports through the router to the outside. If the offices are combined into one lok. network (vpn or twisted pair), then steps 1 and 2 do not need to be performed.
3. From a remote DVR, connect cameras by ip address.
4. Set up recording (bitrate, by event / constant). Ready.
Or put the registrar in the office with cameras, connect the cameras to this registrar, and then forward only the ports of the registrar and connect it to the remote registrar.
If the cameras support ONVIF, then you can connect them to the cloud.
In general - like this. If you need a specific information, then camera models are needed.
