What is the ip of the registrar for axis cameras?

Good day!
I got an object on which AXIS 215 PTZ-E cameras stand.
But bad luck, cameras do not have standard protocols, and due to the fact that the communication channel is through gray ip, even DynDNS does not work.
Tell me which registrar can support this, and even with PTZ control, well, of course, except for the AXIS registrars themselves, which are like spare parts for a space rocket.

UPDATED
ONVIF is indeed not declared in these cameras.
Using the RTSP protocol, these cameras can be connected to any NVR or to a video server, but PTZ functions will not work.
You can connect via native integration to Intellect/Line/Macroscop/Trassir/etc software and everything will work. You can put the "native" software Axis Camera Station.
And yes, DyDNS is needed in order to work with gray IPs.

Line claims support for this camera with PTZ and sound, reg supports IP cameras.

See their TURN server for forwarding. I haven't used it myself so I can't recommend it.
