Why do logs and video archive disappear?

There is a network: router (mikrotik), switch (cisco), PoE switch (noname), NVR (dahua), cameras (hikvision). Everything is connected like this:

Every night, at about the same time, the video archive disappears from 02:00~. The NVR screen is blank (black squares, as if no cameras are connected). After rebooting the router, a picture appears and the recording of the archive resumes. In the NVR logs in the interval from 02:00 ~ until the router reboots, there is not a single message. On the router also - messages disappear approximately at 02:00 ~ and the next message is already a message about the loss of power (during the reboot). Help me deal with this problem, I do not see a connection between the router and local video recording.

Leave one camera for one night, connecting it through a third-party poe adapter and directly to the cisco. If it doesn't help, also connect it bypassing the cisco directly to the nvr. If it doesn't help here either, change this 1 camera for the test.

monitor traffic, connect via Telnet to all equipment - monitor system status - processor load, running processes, memory consumption. Maybe an auto-reboot is generally assigned or something like that, something is messed up in the schedule.
