How to force IOS user on Mikrotik hotspot to open Safari?

There is authorization on the hotspot through an external server, but I would like to force IOS users to open this authorization through Safari, since I really want to save cookies for re-entry.
And at the same time, you need to save a pop-up notification about the need for authorization, since if the user guesses that he needs to log in to the browser, then all the same, the first attempts are often obtained on sites with the https protocol, and accordingly there is no redirection.
So far, all attempts are not going very smoothly.

You can’t force the client to use Safari in any way, but you can install a certificate for 443 traffic on the hotspot and redirect https traffic with htaccess.
