Software replacement of the HOME button in iphone

Dear friends, it so happened that the HOME button broke.
Are there any applications that can put buttons on the notification screen that
replace this functionality at least somehow?

I use it temporarily and in Google I did not find anything efficient.
Maybe I'm asking a stupid question, since I used the N900 before, but what the hell is not joking.

I've read advice to put some WD40 on the button to make it work again.

The new button and its components can be bought on ebay for a couple of bucks, the main thing is to properly install after disassembling the phone (although it is taken apart quite easily).
