Cordova + inappbrowser = opens the address directly in the application. Why?

The first option with target="_system" and "_blank"
The second option is as in the documentation window.open( strUrl, strWindowName[, strWindowFeatures])
But it opens on top of the application...
Testing in emulators and on iPhone 6
