How to solve the problem with remote access?

The server worked fine, there was an Internet connection and everything worked correctly, but the browser did not load the pages. Then I used the netsh command and now I can't connect remotely to the server! What is the problem ?
Thanks in advance

Here is an excerpt from WiKi
The most common use of netsh is to reset the TCP/IP stack to its defaults, some correct values, which in Windows 98 required reinstalling the TCP/IP adapter. In this mode, the log file will be very useful to you, which will contain information about the parameters whose values have been changed.
Netsh, among other features, also allows the user to change the IP address on his machine, as well as enable/disable the network connection through the command line.
In particular, you reset network settings, tk. ip address, netmask, gateway
