The bottom line is that computers are connected to the same network via wifi on an equal footing, including me, is it possible to mute some computers (1 or 2) selectively, by IP or something else?

You can use their Mac address to lower their QoS .

You can declare yourself a gateway through ARP-spoofing, and extinguish / replace requests. Or do like this , but it's ineffective.
