Does Mikrotik create 4 identical users in USERS-active users when connecting via VPN (pptp...l2tp)?
Can this be fixed so that there is only one? or what is the problem

apparently you have two winbox windows open under two accounts and each with 4 terminal windows. vpn has nothing to do with it
