*I get to the second step, enter the data and when I click the [continue] button, the page "gets up" (Picture 1; Snapshot 2);
*Okay, it doesn't matter, I've "finished" what you need to manually "stretch" the next step in the address bar, I'm adding it manually instead of hag=2 - hag=3 (Picture 4);
*All further steps go through without problems (picture 5), crontab is configured,
I press the button [go to the admin panel] -Oooops...

The Index.php page does not start.
What to do, tell me people are kind ... competent!
the bug at step 2 is not clear but the question is about Index.php
