How to create a folder in samba and get into it?

Good afternoon.
I'm transferring data to new servers and it so happened that on one of the servers a folder named [homes] is shared. I created the same folder on the new server, but I can't get into it. Using the brute force method, I realized that I was swearing at the folder name, if you change the name, then everything is fine.
Samba Version 4.2.14 Debian 8
[homes]
path = /mnt/folder
guest ok = yes
read only = no
public = yes
create mask = 0777
directory mask = 0777
browseable = yes
The main config is standard, did not change a single letter. It is not possible to change the name of the folder, since it will not work to go to other cities to change the path. If this were not possible, then such a name would not exist. How to create such a folder? How to bypass restrictions? (googled but no solution)

Extremely confusing and inconsistent. What does the verbose of samba say?
