How to solve the problem with DNS (more in the table of contents)?

Such a situation:

the Internet is working fine, then for no apparent reason the problem "limited access to the network" pops up.
In the network connection settings, I manually registered ip, dns, the main gateway, and so on. Internet connection became available. That is, the "limited network access" problem occurs when everything is configured automatically.

1) As far as I understand, the problem is in the access point. I think that the problem is that the automatic assignment of the ip address and dns does not work. Correctly?
How to fix this problem? So that automatic ip addresses can be assigned again without problems.

2) And one more thing: is there something wrong with the fact that ip, the main gateway, etc. are registered manually?

Windows 7
No OS updates have been made
No viruses
Connection takes place on a laptop via wi-fi

There is nothing wrong with manual settings, as long as they are correct.

dns and ip address are completely different things, independent of each other, you can set to receive ip automatically and at the same time register DNS manually, or set everything to automatic mode, go to the advanced tab and register another 10 dns servers to your taste. if there is a problem with one of them, the rest will be used in turn. Usually I prescribe 8.8.8.8, 77.88.8.8

1) Possible problems in configuring DHCP on a device that distributes the Internet. To solve the problem, you can use the advice of Vitaly Pukhov , the firmware update option looks the most attractive. I would also recommend adding two DNS servers in the DHCP settings (the router is the main one, the alternative from the Internet is 8.8.8.8, 77.88.8.8
)
other devices? (Mobile phones, tablets)
