The network stops working when the printer is turned off, what could be the problem?

There is a WiFi router RouterBoard 951G-2HnD, a provider cable is connected to it. A 5-port TP_Link switch (2 devices connected), a 16-port TP-Link Desktop Switch (8 devices connected) and an HP network printer are also connected to the router ...
The problem is that when you turn off the network printer, the network disappears on all devices connected to 16 port switch. And everything works on a 5-port switch and on Wi-Fi ...

Couldn't its IP address be set as the default gateway on dropdown PCs? Or more fantastic, couldn't it be DHCP?

The most obvious answer is that you have some very gross error in the Mikrotik config.
The less obvious one has already been mentioned. Lay out the Mikrotik config with clarification in which ports what is plugged in, then it will be clearer.
