How to solve the problem when printing pdf files on HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf?

The essence of the problem: HP LaserJet Pro M1536dnf, when printing scans as pdf, prints all texts and pictures on a neat gray background (in the form of rectangles). This problem cannot be overcome.
What I did:
1. I printed the same document on another printer of the same model. Everything is fine.
2. Printed from another computer. The problem remained
3. Reset printer settings.
4. Removed the printer from the devices, reinstalled, changed the connection type (usb-lan)
5. Changed the cartridge.
What to do? In what direction to dig?
I can’t attach a scan, because these rectangles are not visible on the scan.
