Is it possible to hide localtime/timezone in Linux?
Whether in tor/privoxy/polipo?
PS: They didn't ban me on Google, but I didn't find an answer.

Proxies don't do that.
You can run the program in the desired time zone:
TZ=America/Chicago Программа
