How to solve the problem when installing the network adapter driver (the realtek device was not found)?

Good afternoon! They asked me to rearrange Windows on my computer. After reinstalling Windows and installing drivers, I started installing the driver on the network adapter (built-in). At the end of the installation, an error occurred: "The realtek network controller was not found. If deep sleep mode is enabled please plug the cable". In Device Manager, the adapter is listed as "Ethernet controller" with an exclamation point. When opening the properties, it says that no drivers are installed. The owner said that the Internet worked before reinstalling Windows.
I tried to solve:
1. I checked in the BIOS whether the adapter is enabled
2. I reset the BIOS settings
3. I reinstalled Windows again
4. I connected the cable
5. I took out the memory sticks (I left it in this state for a day)
6. I tried to install older / newer / for the seven / for whist / s not of. site
The result is one, the device did not wake up. A copy of Windows is working, since the day before I installed it from the same flash drive to another computer. Mother model: AMI Aptio DT-2006, network adapter: Realtek RTL8111E.
I ask for help, I will be glad to any ideas.

You are most likely installing the wrong driver. Read this: www.reddit.com/r/computers/comments/2moy33/where_c...
