How to solve the error "Access denied - Invalid HELO name"?

Exim is configured on server #1 (1.1.1.1), mailbox "info" is created, emails are sent/received successfully. But when I send from server #2 (2.2.2.2) using the login/password for authorization, the mail server does not let the message through, the error is:

How to set permission to send with any HELO from server #2 (2.2.2.2)?
