How to tell Exim a list of whitelisted recipients?

I want to configure exim so that it sends letters only to the emails specified in the white list, and does not let the rest. On the Internet I found a description for the white list of SENDERS, but in addition to it, a white list of RECIPIENTS is needed.

I tried to copy the line from sendersand specify the check for recipients, but this is a configuration error.
