Exim4 + spamassasin how to beat 100% CPU usage?

The problem suddenly arrived:
Exim version 4.80 #2 built 14-Mar-2016 20:04:51
SpamAssassin Server version 3.3.2
launch options spamd
/usr/sbin/spamd --create-prefs --max-children 5 --helper- home-dir -u debian-spamd -d --pidfile=/var/run/spamd.pid
In logs:
2016-10-05 17:39:44 +0300 1brnKg-0000nB-FI spam acl condition: warning - spamd connection to 127.0.0.1, port 783 failed: Connection refused
2016-10-05 17:39:44 +0300 1brnKg-0000nB-FI spam acl condition: all spamd servers failed
2016-10-05 17:46:49 +0300 1brnND- 0000zt-PN spam acl condition: error reading from spamd socket: Connection timed out
2016-10-05 17:48:49 +0300 1brnND-0000zt-PN spam acl condition: timed out writing spamd socket
CPU load 100%
Outgoing emails take too long to send or time out
Found a workaround:
/etc/exim4/exim4.conf
added a rule to the acl_check_data section:
# do not check messages for spam > 50kb
accept condition = ${if >={$ message_size}{60k}{yes}{no}}
can anyone come across, how did you win?

Likewise. Periodically, for no apparent reason, it loads almost the entire percentage, while not delivering mail.
I solve it by restarting the spamassasin service.
This happens about once every 2-3 months.
