How to solve the black screen problem when installing Windows 8?

I decided to install Windows 8, created a bootable USB flash drive using Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool. Before that, formatting it (FAT32).
I rebooted the computer, opened the BIOS, configured everything as it should. Pulled out all USB devices, rebooted the computer. A standard window appears with the company logo and the F2 prompt, followed by a black screen and a blinking white cursor. I waited quite a long time, I don’t remember exactly, but for sure 7 minutes. The keys did not respond.
Later I tried to record another assembly, nothing new, still the same black screen.

The utility formats the flash drive in NTFS, and in UEFI mode with NTFS, most computers do not boot, because. Few people are willing to pay MS for a driver.
Format the flash drive in FAT32 and just copy all the files from the image to it, nothing else is needed to install in UEFI mode.

Try to create a flash drive with another utility, since this one does not work.

I myself have this problem. And often it consists in the fact that the files on the flash drive are edited in some unknown way the first time they are started from the flash drive, and by the second they turn out to be damaged. As a result - a black screen and a white cursor. Windows can't start because something is blocking it.
