Generally I do not know how to implement the following task.
There is a Zoho creator in which you can make a questionnaire form, so here's how to make sure that the data from the form is automatically generated into some kind of office document, be it pdf doc etc and saved to some kind of cloud, for example.
For example, the fields of the form
F.I.O. : and then we fill in ourselves - Pupkin V.I.
Address: Moscow, st. Pupkina d.1.
The following is formed in the document:
"I, Pupkin V.I., residing at the address Moscow, Pupkina street, 1." etc.
Or how else can it be done?
