What are the Linux explorers, in which different languages in the names were highlighted in different colors?

What are the explorers in which you can adjust the color of the letter from different locales for each character in the names of files and folders.
For example: a file or folder called 123foureleven.txt
"123" and "dot" were black, the word "four" was red, and "eleven" and "txt" were green.
UPD: In fact, any solution will do, and in the console too.
There are a lot of files and folders that were named with mixed languages (eng, rus, ukr).
And they need to be brought either to English or to Russian.

When you start looking for some feature, you immediately need to ask yourself the question - who needs it and how many people need it? If you need many - the chance to find is high. If some - it just is. If three and a half users need it, it is vanishingly small, and then only take the source, bite into them and cut, cut ...
In mc there is a highlight by extension. Perhaps it will not be too difficult to finish the output to the terminal so that it highlights at least every character as you want ...

There are no ready-made solutions.
And with a strong desire - the same midnight commander - open source. You can download the sources and patch the output of the files.
