I made an analogue of the root, but it does not let other users into the folders, how to fix it?

Created a user, added it to wheel, added an entry to sudoers.
And it doesn’t let me into some folders, I didn’t check everything, but it doesn’t let other users into the / home / folders.
Why, how to fix?

This is not an analogue of root, it should not be allowed into folders, does it
