How to convert to fb2 or ebpub?

I downloaded a book on 180mb, I'm trying to convert online, but it's long, and it's not clear what the result will be. Somehow these online converters do not inspire confidence in me. Can I convert through the terminal, or how do you solve this problem?

180 megabytes? It's not pdf/djvu for an hour, which has unrecognized text? This will not work to convert - you first need to recognize.
I can hardly imagine what kind of book with 180 mb of textual information...
