How to solve error in PhpStorm with composer?

OSX Yosemite
Java 1.6
When I try to add a dependency to PhpStorm using composer I get an error.

How to solve it?

Found the answer.
The problem is with java + Phpstorm. The developers are aware, the problem is being solved.
