OS X (Maveric) forgets which screens the app windows were on after restarting them?

I actively use multiple desktops. Different application windows of Chrome, Safari, etc. are located on different tables, along with the surrounding applications. After closing (CMD+Q) and reopening - the application opens all its windows on the current desktop. I have to move the windows every time.
Is there a solution? OS Maverick.

You probably don't read the comments, I'll copy and paste here:
Right-click on the Safari icon in the dock and select the Options/This Desktop checkbox.
It works for me exactly as you describe in the Wishlist. At least Safari and my other programs.
