Why do colored pixels appear on a macbook?

Hello, sometimes a poppy from sleep mode shows colored pixels on the screen, after rebooting everything is fine. The problem does not appear all the time, but often. Maybe someone met such a problem? Late 2011/sierra (everything started after upgrading to sierra, resetting smc solves the problem for a while)
