Why does explorer hang when entering a network folder on MACMINI?

The network has a macmini set up with a shared network folder (external USB drive). Access for guests is open, the login account is configured.
Almost all Windows 7-8-8.1 clients connect to it without problems, enter a login and password when logging in, then go to a network folder. Opens instantly. No problem.
Windows 2012R2 (3pcs on the network), successfully logs in and logs in to \\macmini, but hangs when double-clicking on a network folder. Hanging is expressed in waiting, the address bar is filled with green in the explorer, as when searching. The explorer process in the task manager uses 99% of the processor.
TotalCommander - similarly, it enters \ \ macmini, when trying to access a network folder it hangs and loads the processor up to 99%
The problem also appeared on one Windows 8 laptop.
But what finally confuses me is the behavior of Explorer when connecting a network drive on problem computers.
I press to add a network drive, I write the path \ \ macmini, I press the browse button, and in the browse window I open and see the entire folder tree on this very macmini, instantly without delay. It is worth connecting any folder from it, as the explorer hangs again.
Network settings are obtained from one DHCP, one subnet.
What are some ideas for solving this problem?

This is a known problem, it has become so slow since Lion, they somehow "improved" the samba daemon. It is treated by reassembling and launching your own, emnip
