What kind of shortcut on a poppy: by pressing one ctrl key does a Yandex search widget appear?

I can neither find nor delete a strange widget from Yandex. By simply pressing ctrl in any application, a search widget from Yandex appears on top of the screen. I really don't understand where it came from. OS X 10.13 High Sierra. Googled all over the internet, nothing.
