How to solve color display problem between CMYK and RGB?

Hello!

There is an initial color for a vector object (in Corel) with an RGB value of #e60000 (230, 0, 0).

It must be converted to CMYK so that when the object is exported (in RGB mode), the color matches the original #e60000 (230, 0,0).

I've been struggling all day and nothing works. Tell me how to be. Thanks in advance!

No way. The color is out of scope for the CMYK model. Closest value C0/M994/Y99/K4.
If a file is being prepared for printing - use PANTONE+ 2347 C (ΔE 2.7)
