How to solve bootstrap template issue on nested pages?

I attached the bootstap template to the self-written engine, everything works fine, but there is one bug - the button for calling the sandwich menu (for mobile device screens) on the nested site/category/page does not work. And on the site / page everything is fine. Where to dig?

Most likely not all JS files are included on nested pages. check the console, suddenly displays an error 404 or something else.
