I want to apply .sticky-top

but the problem is that I have in the parent class: overflow-x: auto

Is there any way to get around this problem using css, scss?

Can. Remove overflow.
The problem is not in the boot, but in the styles. As a solution, I can suggest removing the stuck child from the parent and trying to arrange the structure differently.
