How to solve black screen problem on windows 10?

The laptop was originally 7. The owner apparently agreed and upgraded to 10. At startup, a black screen and a cursor are visible. when starting in the normal state, it is practically impossible to do anything (not the command line, not the task manager (DZ), it just happened to start 1 time).
In safe mode, you can open the task manager, cmd, and some programs. But everything terribly slows down like a Pentium 3 percent. Periodically, the DZ does not respond when you try to open some software, it freezes then restarts itself, but the software does not start. System Restore via does not work. In the diagnostic menu, I tried to return to the original state by some percentage throws an error, which is impossible. I thought the hard fell down, but Victoria denied my guesses. sfc/scannow hangs for a long time at 5% had to be interrupted, now I think to start again and wait. I tried to return to Win7 factory but erecovery does not work when you click on the hotkey, it throws out that the operating system is not found, although the recovery partition exists.
Somehow it turned out to create 2 users, I thought that the black screen would disappear on it (all user parameters would be re-applied by default), but it’s even worse there, the user is constantly loading until the black screen does not reach. Now I'll try to do chkdsk / r / f, before that he did it himself at startup, but perhaps without keys, as it ended quickly.
Who has any guesses what can be done to resurrect 10. or at least run erecovery?
