60c32ba61d78f946749715.jpeg60c32bb2c8061069866532.jpegWhen I try to reinstall Windows 10 from a flash drive, a similar kind of message appears stating that "We could not find drivers. To get a mass storage driver ...". Tried different versions and everywhere the same error. On another computer, everything is fine Installed from this flash drive and this Windows. I tried to download all the drivers on the laptop from the boot window, nothing helps. The following message also appears before loading (picture 2). Notebook hp da0191ur

@mironovd1

go into BIOS, change disk mode from RAID to AHCI

Go to the website of the laptop manufacturer, find your model there, download and unpack the drivers to support the drive on the same USB flash drive. They can be called differently - Chipset Driver, AHCI Driver, etc., then during installation, specify this folder for the installer (on the first screenshot).

So is the BIOS up to date?

The distribution must have a USB3.0 driver Or look for a connector on a USB2.0 laptop (I had one). Well, in the BIOS, carefully read where the system will boot from (you need to be the first USB into which the USB flash drive with the distribution kit is inserted)
And yes - is there something written about RAID? this should be removed on AHCI /
