How to simulate the behavior of the site in a mobile browser as plausibly as possible?

Hello, next question. On a PC, the site behaves normally, on a tablet too - however, terrible things happen on my phone (Nexus 4) in Chrome. I would really like to dig into the code at this point. But however, this only happens on my phone (I cleared the cache), even on the iPhone everything is fine, and I can’t seem to catch the problem. All the services that I used to adapt the site do not fully use mobile technologies, the tool in the chrome console also did not work. Even in Yandex Webvisor, I have not seen such problems - however, they are on the phone .. :( How can I solve the problem?

Alternatively, if you work in Eclipse, you can install ADT (plugin), Android SDK and JDK + JRE, after which you can run an almost full-fledged android emulator in eclipse, in which you can already open the site.
The advice may look rather stupid, but many of them already have almost all of the above (Eclipse + JDK + JRE).
I can also advise you to debug such things not in Chrome, but in Mozilla, and check on IE, and only then check in Chrome. Most often, with this approach, it turns out to reduce the amount of hymor.
