Please share your methods of how to show patience and perseverance when learning an unfamiliar technology. "Technologies" include programming languages, and the creation of mobile applications, etc. etc. to infinity.
For example, let's say that I'm an html coder and decided to learn Java from scratch or something like that. How to gather strength and diligently / patiently study the chosen technology if these qualities are not enough in life? Who motivates themselves?
How to overcome the mental barrier like "it's all pointless"?

The most important thing is regularity. At least half an hour a day, but every, for example, "working" day is a must.
Set yourself a goal - 2 months, half an hour a day, at least 5 times a week to learn Java (or something else).
Give a friend a deposit of 5,000 rubles, 10,000 rubles or 100,000 rubles - decide for yourself. The amount should be significant for you, but not prohibitive. Tell him that if you complete the goal, he will return the deposit. Miss at least one day - he will leave himself.
Proof: Brief synopsis of days with date and day number, daily screenshot.
Be sure to publish a description of the goal and its criteria in your public or give a friend an impromptu piece of paper to sign (you can just have a photo).
As a result, you will form the habit of spending at least half an hour a day at least 5 days a week on training.
