Customer reaction to bootstrap styles?

If you use ready-made bootstrap classes - buttons, galleries, menus, etc., and simply redefine styles for the desired design, how do customers feel about this?

How long does it take you to override bootstrap styles? Isn't it faster to write the same button from scratch? Making one design on top of another is not the best solution.
Another question is if you simply change variables through the source codes and the bootstrap will be tailored for your project.
But this is not possible with every layout.

And what do they care?

Usually, customers don’t care, but can you implement all the designer’s whims, and if so, do you really need a bootstrap in this case?
Some kind of bootstrap - neither this nor that: you can’t say that it’s super-duper-rapid, because it has only primitive things from the finished one (and cross-browser compatibility is not quite ideal - I personally filed it under the Android 4.2 browser), and in At the same time, there is no particular flexibility in design.
jQuery - really speeds up development, especially in Ajax - a "global" thing, in the sense of being necessary, and really brought to mind. Bootstrap solves its problem much worse - everything is "raw" and primitive. Partly because the task itself - UI - is much more difficult than anything else.

in freelancing, I just sometimes see in the conditions - to use only the grid from the bootstrap or without it at all
