How to assemble a team “for an idea” without leaking the project to the general public?

Suppose there is a ready-made layout, the idea is carefully worked out, but there is no money for developers, and the project is too difficult for one person.
I would like to try to assemble a team, but at the same time not tell everyone what kind of idea it is.
There was an experience with a similar hiring of an android developer, but everything came to the point that there was not enough experience for development, the project had to be put aside "on a dusty shelf.
How can you attract professionals? And how should you submit such ads?

Experienced developers usually know that if an idea is carefully hidden, then this is bullshit, strong leaders, on the contrary, usually distribute ideas left and right, and developers look at them, think, and again go to these leaders themselves already with the offer "can we do it?" because in general, they also know that they will not pull it alone.
IMHO no, just waste your time and someone else's.

An idea costs nothing. Remember this. Now let's assume that this is not the case. You have unique information and believe that it is worth a lot of money, due to the fact that the expectations from it are very positive. You are sawing, sawing, sawing. We started drinking, and the idea turned out to be really cool, everyone knew about you. In a week you will already have at least two competitors who have money. And where are you, who are without money? That's right, you're not in front, you're behind. You don't have to look far for an example - dialer widgets to the site, chat widgets to the site, etc.
Therefore, feel free to go to the same ones as you, with your "super explosive ideas, just so as not to be stolen" into some incubator and beg for money on an equal basis with everyone else.

You overestimate the importance of the idea.
How are you going to keep the idea a secret, but still assemble a team of professionals? If you want secrecy - cut yourself.

There is a thing that not everyone understands right away, it comes with experience. The idea itself is worth little. Ideas don't steal. The value of an idea lies not only in the words spoken at the pitch. Behind the idea is a vision of the path, orientation in the matter and the ability to drive the team to implement this idea. But apart from the pitch, it is impossible to steal all this.
So, a person who can potentially steal an idea is a person who has the money to implement it. And who will implement? He will come to you for it. Only then does the idea turn into an ax for porridge.
The problem awaits you in something else, as Denis Ineshin wrote about: putting together a team and making it work is an almost unbearable task, except for rare special cases. Concentrate on making money personally so you can buy programmers from your paycheck. That's exactly what I do. To surpass the salaries of Samara programmers, I went to work in Dublin. As a result, after all the expenses, I have about 90k rubles left - this is enough for two mediocre programmers. And this is money for which I do not have to report to anyone and which will never end. I recommend the same way.

breaking the project into parts. it is even possible to do a project within a project. but! this is unethical to say the least. you use people in the dark. they plow for you for free. and you still throw them. any part of the project can then come up and you will hit hard. so think carefully about this approach.

Хотелось бы попробовать собрать команду, но при этом не рассказывать всем, что же это все таки за идея.

So even with large resources it will not work.

A pro will only go for a free project if it's where his FSH is warming up or if it's his favorite topic. The best option is when a person is accepted into the team as a pro in his field and there they listen to his every word. If you indicate what to do (treat like working hands) and / or ruthlessly dispose of the developments, then he will leave very quickly.

Your topic xh.ruhighload.com/2 in paragraph number 6, do you happen to recognize anyone?

My experience on a subject such. I myself could only design and typeset. Looking for a programmer. He posted an ad on VKontakte without revealing the essence of the idea. Several people responded. We started working with one. He wrote in python. As a result, it began to disappear more and more often and disappeared completely. After some time, I saw the implementation of this idea. True with a crooked design, but nonetheless.
I also had the experience of implementing another idea with a good friend, a programmer. As a result, they never got to programming because they differed greatly in their views.
I also tried many times to start with friends. All of them begin to climb into the original idea, sometimes changing the concept beyond recognition. This will not work.
I made the following conclusions. What you need to do everything yourself, at least up to the prototype stage. Or you need a lot of money and hire people full-time. Otherwise, nothing will work.
In Open Source, of course, everything is different there. A huge plus is that you can make a name for yourself in it.
