As an option - obfuscate the entire layout. Glue all css into one file, rename all classes to unreadable codes, do the same with HTML and JS. It is possible to glue everything into one file.
Even if they decide to steal it, it will be terribly inconvenient to pull this layout on the backend and generally somehow work with it.
