How many guys from India, China, Pakistan began to write code better?

Hello!
I often come across people's opinions that coders from these countries are getting better every year, more aggressively capturing the market, while they do not work for 3 kopecks like their fellow citizens, and their rates are almost equal to European/Western guys, as professionalism is really growing. But still, for the most part, they are dampers. That is, if I work for 20 bucks an hour, they will work, though not for 3 bucks an hour, but for 13, and their level is the same as mine.
Billions of people live in these countries, where high unemployment and Internet development is their salvation, more and more people from these countries are connected to the exchanges, more and more professionals from these countries become more or less adequate
In this regard, it seems to me that the profession of a web developer is becoming too highly competitive, I would even say the profession of a web developer is discrediting itself (I recently went to the site of some Canadian college, see how much it costs to study as a web developer, get a crust so to speak , and there was a big picture of a woman, either Indian, or Pakistani, in a national costume, sitting at a laptop, I repeat, the college was Canadian).
It turns out that my knowledge is all bullshit, all this js, html, php and so on can be learned by everyone and sundry?
Or are they my cockroaches?
What do you think?
Well, if I'm right, then in what area should web programmers go, where there is no this trash?
Go to rocket science? So this is what I ran away from the university, since the prospects were not bright in terms of earnings

Based on the results of the attempt, we can discuss the issue of reducing the prestige of the profession and increasing competition. :)
Far from the whole range of tasks solved by development engineers (including in PHP) , presented on freelance exchanges.

They are not our competitors... Due to the fall of the ruble, I am already ready to work for $3 per hour))

Yes, you wrote everything correctly, you need to sign up for courses for cleaners and garbage trucks - these are local professions and there is not much competition.

From experience I can say about the Indians and the Chinese. Indians for the most part do not shine. It is very common for them to get a job through brother-in-law: as soon as one gets a job as a boss, he will recruit a staff of compatriots. During the development process, they often "cut corners" without creating universal solutions... I'm talking about the mass as a whole, and not about individual people.
About the Chinese, I can say that those of them who got to the USA are VERY VERY trying. They monitor their children's academic progress very closely. I heard from many that it is very, very difficult to study in a class dominated by Chinese - children simply do not keep up with them.

Yes, yes, they keep records of Indians and they can give, as they say, a "representative sample".
You would throw this question directly to the Indians on their thematic resources.

Hindus are different for Hindus. But if an Indian writes well, there is a high probability that he will very quickly leave India for the same states, because in addition to a normal salary, living conditions are better there.
Therefore, those who stay in India are either not very good, or beginners.
In a large corporate sector, freelancers are not needed, you need offices that can provide a serious team to solve problems. And it is precisely in this regard that India still offers cheap, but not high quality. Quite recently there was an example of how our office was refused in favor of the Hindus, and a year later they came to us again, because the Hindus could not cope at all.
But individuals certainly compete.

Highly qualified specialists are in demand. Always. Highly!
Some time ago, I stood in line at the consulate of one of the developed countries. At the entrance to the consulate, all electronics are rented. The queue is long - several hundred people. A Chinese man stood with me inside the consulate. He was in line for a visa reading a book of 600 pages on algorithms with code examples!
It seems to me that a person striving for perfection has nothing to worry about!

That's why there are a lot of comments on Habré under posts with teaching children programming. Future competitors :)
